Weldon Spring is now a Tree City USA

We are proud to announce that the City of Weldon Spring has been designated as a Tree City USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. This prestigious recognition highlights our commitment to effective urban forest management and our dedication to enhancing the green spaces within our community. Achieving this status required meeting the program’s four core standards: maintaining a tree board or department, having a community tree ordinance, spending at least $2 per capita on urban forestry, and celebrating Arbor Day with a tree planting event. Our city’s commitment to these principles not only beautifies our surroundings but also promotes environmental sustainability and improves the quality of life for all residents.
