Weldon Spring City-Wide Parks & Greenway Master Plan 2022

The City of Weldon Spring’s Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC) has adopted the City-wide Parks & Greenway Master Plan 2022. This master plan will direct improvements of the parks’ infrastructure and the expansion of multi-use paths in the City for the next decade. Though these improvements will take place over many years, residents will be excited for what is in store. Multiple improvements are identified, such as pickleball/multi-use courts, an amphitheater, large pavilion, etc.
To develop the master plan, the City retained the services of Planning Design Studio (PDS), a professional parks & recreation design group. PDS provided years of experience and knowledge when developing the new plan. The group coordinated an online survey of community members, receiving 80+ responses. PDS looked at many aspects of the Weldon Spring area, applying the necessary tools to create a well-informed plan.
With this Master Plan, the City will be able to provide the community with new and improved recreation and parks. Visit
