Welcome Debbie Russom, our new Administrative and Prosecuting Attorney Assistant.

Debbie joined the City of Weldon Spring on December 2, 2024, as the new Administrative and Prosecuting Attorney Assistant. Her professional background includes office management, bookkeeping, and accounting. She is a hard worker and dedicated to providing exceptional services to the City. Debbie has lived in the St. Charles area for over 25 years. She grew up in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, with three brothers. She loves spending time with family and enjoys cooking, reading, and being outside. "I look forward to working with the city employees and serving the residents of Weldon Spring," Debbie said.
