ON MONDAY OCTOBER 5TH, AT SIX O’CLOCK IN THE EVENING (6:00 P.M.) THE PARKS & RECRATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE WILL HOLD MEETING AT CITY HALL FOR ITS MEMBERS VIA ZOOM. WITH THE FOLLOWING TENTATIVE AGENDA, READ BELOW INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN VIA THE INTERNET OR VIA PHONE:
1. CALL TO ORDER A. PRAC Roster:

2. REVIEW OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

3. UNFINISHED (OLD) BUSINESS:  
  A. Discuss short- and long-term Parks & Recreation Priorities – 1-year Budget Cycle and 5-year Park Planning
                  i. Develop and formalize specific small- and large -scale objectives for Nancy Lane
                                  - Finalize recommendations
ii. Develop new large pavilion and restroom facilities on Brock Property and Amphitheater
                                  - Direction for: Restroom Location, final dimensions, etc.
                                v. Locations: Identify new desired park or playground locations in the City of Weldon Spring
                                vi. Recreation: Identify key objectives for future recreation in the City of Weldon Spring
                                vii. Community Outreach: Identify opportunities for community education and involvement
                                                - Community Volunteer Groups
                                                                - Identify potential projects and initiatives
                                                - New City Flag Initiative
                                                                               
4. NEW BUSINESS:        
  1. Formalize recommendation for City Park and Wolfrum Rd. Extension Walking trails
  2. City Park Playground Landscaping discussion.
  3. Update from Board of Aldermen Liaison
  4. Set a date and time for the next meeting – Tentative: September 14th at 6:00 PM.
