Departments & Divisions

The City Administrator of the City has general oversight and supervisory duties over all operational aspects of the City government.

The City Clerk's Office processes records requests, business licenses, liquor licenses, and solicitor's licenses applications.

Responsible for purchasing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.

The City Planner, City Engineer, and Code Enforcement Inspector. This division approves permit applications, and interpretes the Municiapal Code. 

Manges communication for the City, plans events, organizes facility & ball field reservations.  

Parks & Facilities maintains the grounds of City Park, all city facilities, and other municipal properities.

Starting 01/01/23  Municipal Court services will be handled by O'Fallon's Justice Center.

The City of Weldon Spring contracts with St. Charles County for many services. These serices include: Police, Mosquito Control, and Animal Care.
